Beautifully simple, noble, stylish and yet so affordable it can be - after all, 75 to 95 percent of the fine watches of the trendy Nomos Glashütte brand are produced in the city of the German watch industry. When he founded his company in 1990, Roland Schwertner had a clear direction and an objective in mind, which he steadfastly implemented. He realized his ideas prudently and at the same time unconcernedly. A good two years after the company was founded, Nomos Glashütte was already able to offer four basic models, on which the other models were based. The young company, more than half of whose employees are women, has even been developing its own movements since 2007. The Club collection, which was also launched in 2007, was equipped with the fine manufacture caliber.

Off to the club

With this collection, Nomos Glashütte presents a sporty, youthful model that can be universally combined. Indeed, the Club leaves the choice between dark and light dials, but also between different movements. Depending on the model, there is the automatic Epsilon movement or the Alpha movement with manual winding. Of course, these movements are also rhodium-plated, equipped with blued screws and Glashütte stripes. However, regardless of the choice of watch, you are sure to get a premium wristwatch with a variety of options and hidden special features. In addition to the date display and small seconds, the Club collection features, among other things, a domed sapphire crystal and a water resistance of 100 meters. Correspondingly, the bracelet is designed in Horween Shell Cordovan leather, which is characterized by a special water resistance.

Nomos Glashütte - design and functionality as a trademark

Nomos is known for beautiful design. The elegant restraint is characteristic for this manufactory. However, the functionality and technology in these watches is also of the highest level. The last 200 years of watchmaking have produced many admirable techniques, but in 2014 Nomos managed to attract attention with the Swing System. Since then, the in-house range has been gradually installed in all model series.
