Beautifully simple, noble, stylish and yet so affordable it can be - after all, 75 to 95 percent of the fine watches of the trend brand Nomos Glashütte are produced in the city of the German watch industry. When Roland Schwertner founded his company in 1990, he had a clear orientation and a goal in mind that he implemented unwaveringly. He realized his ideas calmly and at the same time without worrying. A good two years after the founding of the company, Nomos Glashütte was already able to offer four basic models, on which the other models are based. The young company, more than half of whose staff are women, has even been developing its own movements since 2007. For example, the Club Collection, also introduced in 2007, was equipped with the fine manufactory caliber.

Off to the Club

With this collection Nomos Glashütte presents a sporty, youthful model that can be combined universally. The Club offers a choice between dark and light dials, but also between different movements. Depending on the model, there is the automatic Epsilon movement or the Alpha movement with manual winding. Of course, these movements are also rhodium-plated, equipped with blued screws and Glashütte strips. Regardless of the choice of watch, however, you will certainly receive a premium wristwatch with a wide range of options and hidden special features. In addition to the date display and the small second hand, the Club collection is characterized by a domed sapphire crystal and a water-resistance of 100 meters, among other features. The bracelet is accordingly designed in Horween Shell Cordovan leather, which is particularly water-resistant.

Nomos is known for beautiful design. The elegant restraint is characteristic for this manufactory. But also the functionality and technology in these watches is of the highest level. The last 200 years of watchmaking have produced many admirable techniques, but in 2014 Nomos managed to attract attention with the Swing System. Since then, the company's own range has been gradually incorporated into all model series.
