The merchant Johannes Dürrstein opened the Glashütter Uhrenfabrik Union in 1893 to produce particularly high-quality and precise watches at affordable prices. These principles are still one of the most important prerequisites for Union Glashütte, more than 120 years later and after the takeover of the brand by the renowned Swiss Swatch Group AG in 2000. With designs ranging from traditional elegance to sophisticated sportiness, the traditional company offers luxury watches for every demand.

This extremely sporty version of the Belisar Chronograph impresses with its design and functionality. It features three different straps that can be easily changed: a sturdy vintage brown calfskin strap, a black carbon-look rubber strap and a black textured textile strap. They are a perfect match for the 44 mm stainless steel case, its eye-catching carbon bezel and the sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The sporty character of the model is further enhanced by the screwed and rubberized flanks. Sophisticated details are everywhere: where the non-slip crown is decorated with a "U" for Union Glashütte, the chronograph pushers have symbols for start/stop (on/off) and reset. The date correction button at 10 o'clock is marked by a stylized calendar page.
