The renowned Swiss manufacture Tag Heuer in Saint-Imier was founded in 1860 by Edouard Heuer in the picturesque village of Saint-Imier. In 1882, Tag Heuer launched series production of high-precision chronographs, which quickly secured the company the very first patent for a stopwatch. Even particularly deep dives between 300 and 500 metres below the water surface can be carried out without any problems.
