When Robert Mühle was founded in 1869, his original business objective was the construction of high-precision measuring instruments and precision mechanical instruments, and within a very short time the family business became known far beyond the borders of Germany. In the beginning, everything went well, but with the Second World War and the division of Germany many things changed: in 1945 the company was expropriated and the production facilities were dismantled. As part of the economic policy of the former GDR, the company, which was newly founded one year later, was initially nationalised in 1972, but the management remained in family hands. After reunification, the Glashütte factory returned completely to family ownership, is still run by the family in the fifth generation and enjoys the highest recognition with exclusive collections of high-quality luxury watches.

The luxurious watches in the Teutonia II collection are among the classics and impress with their straightforward, simple and elegant appearance.  Made of the finest leather or robust stainless steel, the men's and women's watches have a stainless steel case, which is available in either a round or square shape. Some versions are equipped with a refined guilloché dial. This improves the overall picture on the one hand, and on the other hand gives the dials even more contrast.
