The deposit paid expires if the remaining payment is refused, or for other reasons has not been made. A deviating regulation can take place only after arrangement and with consent of the Watchdeal KG.

Leather straps of wild endangered animals (crocodile, ostrich, lizard, shark, etc.) can unfortunately only be transported by private individuals to third countries outside the EU. (https://cites.org/eng/disc/what.php) Therefore, shipping of watches with corresponding straps is only possible to addresses within the EU:

The German VAT will be deducted from the offer price for these sales.

Private Consumer rules:

1)shipping:  If we send the watch to a country outside the EU, we will deduct the full 19% VAT (if applicable for the item) on the invoice , but €150.-/190.- depending on the destination - shipping, insurance and customs clearance will apply. The import duty for your country of destination will be charged by your local authority.
  note: If the watch has a crocodile or other wildlife animal strap, we can - due to the Washington tready for endangered species -  not exportthis strap with the watch. We would have to send it to an alternative address within the EU. Consumers do not have this restriction.


2) pick up: the watch in Stuttgart, would then pay the full gross amount and get the refund of 19% of the included VAT after you return the invoice, stamped by german customs during export.

To buy  VAT-free, we need your full address with your company name, VAT number (VAT ID number), as well as a confirmation of registration(f.e.chamber of commerce), not older than 6 months.

The watch is supplied with the original manufacturer's warranty card, which has been duly completed or activated. The guarantee can be claimed worldwide from any licensee of the corresponding brand.
