The case of the Glashütte Original Senator Observer has perfectly polished and satin-finished surfaces. The 44 mm diameter observation watch is elegant and very easy to read. In the past, observation watches - also known as B watches - were indispensable navigational instruments for sailors, pilots and explorers. Even today, this dial still bears witness to the spirit of adventure. To optimize readability even in poor lighting conditions, the white gold hour and minute hands and the Arabic numerals are generously coated with luminous material (Super-LumiNova). Two small displays, also with luminescent hands, mark the small seconds display and the power reserve. They are lower down and give the watch even more profile. The typical Glashütte Original Panorama Date harmoniously rounds off the design.
