As a tribute to Chopard's deep-rooted passion for motorsport, the Mille Miglia Collection presents an exclusive Germany Edition, limited to just 100 pieces.
Just like the historic Mille Miglia racing cars, the Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph Speed Silver stands for perfect proportions. With its 40.5 mm case diameter, it offers ideal comfort behind the wheel while also making a refined statement with evening wear.
The model is crafted entirely from Lucent Steel™ – Chopard's exclusive, ultra-pure and hypoallergenic steel alloy. Case, bezel, crown and pushers alternate between polished and satin-brushed finishes. Details such as the fluted pushers inspired by brake pedals, the notched crown for optimal grip and the welded lugs showcase true craftsmanship, right down to the perfectly finished pin buckle.
The highlight: the silver dial with opaline finish. Inspired by the matte silver paintwork of the legendary "Silver Arrows" of the 1930s, it ensures perfect legibility with grey accents, a grey minute track and tachymeter scale. Black and grey hour markers and rhodium-plated hour and minute hands with Grade X1 Super-LumiNova® guarantee excellent readability day and night. A subtle red tip on the chronograph seconds hand echoes the colors of the iconic Mille Miglia logo.
The dial is topped by a box-shaped sapphire crystal, creating impressive depth and captivating light effects. The perforated black calfskin strap underlines the authentic racing character.
A special detail can be found on the sapphire case back: crossed flags – the black-and-white chequered racing flag and the black-red-gold German flag. Beneath it beats the COSC-certified automatic chronograph movement with a 54-hour power reserve.
