Watchdeal KG is an online shop and only has part of the offers on stock, watches that are not on stock will be ordered for our customers.
If a watch is advertised as new and unworn, we guarantee that the model is completley new and has not had any other owners, in the same condition you would find at your local jewellery shop,your invoice will then also include the german VAT of 19% and might be deducted after the watch is exported from the EU.
If a watch is used we will declare it as used and your invoice will not include the german VAT.

Order and payment process
After having selected the desired watch, you start the order process by running the merchandise through the shopping cart system. During checkout, you will be asked for the method of payment which is offered as follows:
1.Complete or partial payment by International bankwire in advance. After reception of the complete amount invoiced, the watch will be shipped.
If you had only made a down payment of appr. 10% , you will be asked for the rest of the money before we ship the watch.
2. Cash on pick up in our offices. – we would need an appr. 10% down payment to go ahead and order the watch for you.
After the merchandise is in, you will be notified to arrange the pick up.
Please note that due to the surchages we do not deal with credit cards. Payment must be cash.

Lead times
If a watch is not on stock, you will get notified about the app. lead time. If you are ok with this lead time you can either make a full prepayment if the lead time is short, or a 10% down payment if the lead time is longer than 2 weeks. The offers are noted with app. lead times, not guaranteed lead time, we ask for a more specific lead time upon request or order. It can take up to 3 working days until we have information about the expected lead time

All of the watches we sell are original and authentic pieces, delivered to us by authorized german dealers
