Tag Heuer has played a major role in shaping the watch industry with its more than 150-year success story. Influenced by racing, the Tag Heuer Carrera was born in 1964, after the world famous Carrera Panamericana race weekend in Mexico. The designs of Jack Heuer, the son of the company's founder, were created with a special focus on practicality, creating a masterpiece with a large, easy-to-read dial and an impact-resistant, water-resistant case.
