After choosing the watch you would like to buy, you can put the selected watch in your shopping cart by clicking on the "in cart" button.
You can now either start with the payment process by choosing "checkout", continue shopping by going back to the main page or editing your shopping cart by choosing "update".
After choosing "checkout" you will be asked for various personal data. We only use this data for the purpose of your buy, we do not sell peronal data to third parties.
This personal data is especially important for your invoice and the shipping with our insured shipping provide.
In this context please note that you may choose "table rate" best way 30€, these 30€ are only for insured shipping within Germany. Outside of Germany special rates apply, these rates are tabelized on our site "shipping and handling" , which you will find under "more about..." on the left hand side of the main page.
You also have the opportunity to come by our office and pick up your watch cash down. For watches we do not have on stock and need to be orderd we ask for a 10% downpayment.
In case you want to come by our office, you need to make an appointment in advance.
To continue with your payment after filling in your data and choosing a mode of delivery you can edit your billing address and choose the method of payment. You can also insert a personal memo to watchdeal. If you have any special requests you may do so here.
Afterwards you have to accept our general business conditions. Which are based on german law and include that fact that we are not accountable for short term changes and reserve the right to be under misapprehension, It is also possible that the price of the watch changes due to the manufacturing companies price list change, we gurantee that you will get the same discount rate on the new price as you would have gotten on the old price, but we have to adjust our prices.
Our general business conditions are based on german law and therefore are in german, but we guarantee that all laws an regulations are being enforced and we take accountability for them.
After having accepted our general business conditions you can finish the process by clicking on the "continue" button.
The process is now completed.
We now attend to your order and send you a preinvoice. After recieving your payment or prepayment we deliver your watch, please be aware that this might takes 1 to 2 weeks if the watch is not on stock. Depending on the certain models and manufacturer it may take longer, in this case we notify you in advance. The shipping takes 1 to 3 working days. The watches are always shipped as an insured package and will only be given to you or an authorized person. We need a shipping address where the carrier can drop off the package all day long, this may also be a company address. We also ask for your telephone number in order to give it to the carrier so he can contact you if nobody is home or to make an appointment with you. We can also help you declare you watch if you live outside of the EU and want to export the watch yourself. please contact us through watches@watchdeal.de, if you need information or help.
You can check your watche's status at any time on our website with your personal log in, that you created while buying the watch.
