| Buying Gift Certificates |
| You can order a gift certificate either by sending us an email with your request or by ordering them through our online shop, when they are beeing offered. The ordering process is the same as if buying any other product. As soon as the the gift certificate has been orderd and payed you will see the adequat amount in your sopping cart. Now you can send the gift certificate by clicking send certificate. |
| How to send a gift certificate: |
| To send a certificate click on the link "send certificate" in your shopping cart To send the certificate we need the following information: First and last name, e-mail address of the receptor, the amount gifted to the receptor as well as a short message for the receptor. PLease check the validity of the infomation before sending out the gift certificate, you have the possibility to correct the information only beforehand. |
| Buying a product with a gift certificate: |
| As soon as you have recieved your gift certificate you can use it to order any product. During the ordering process you have the possibility to cash in the gift certificate. In case the product amount is more than the gift certificate amount, you have to choose the preffered war of paying the differentiating amount (cash upon pickup of bank transfer). Is the product amount less then the gift certificate amount you may use the exeeding amount upon your next purchase. |
| Booking your gift certificate: |
| After recieving your gift certificate: 1. Click on the link supported in the email. In case you haven't registered with www.watchdeal.de, you now have the possibility to do so. 2. After having selected a product into your shopping cart you can enter the gift certificate code. |

| Please send us an e-mail to: bb@watchdeal.de. Please give us a detailed description of your problem so our webmaster can solve your problem efficiently and fast. Also give us your customer id, the certificate code, the error code and the name of your browser. |
