We have two options for the VAT refund. In both cases we refund 14%.
Either you can pick up the watch in our offices in Stuttgart or Hamburg (30.- surcharge), we will give you the invoice inc VAT as well as a VAT deduction form, which you will need to get stamped by a EU customs, the original form will then need to be sent back to us and we will refund the 14% to your account.
Or we can send the watch to your address in a non EU country In this case we will deduct the VAT ahead of the sending, after we receive your order.
For insurance, shipping and handling etc we will need to charge either 150.- or 200.- depending on the destination country.
Your countries customs will charge you the import tax.
